TEN TIMES BETTER

When problems and difficult situations surround you, it may seem impossible to see what God has ahead of you.
That's exactly what happened to me. I was going through a very difficult personal season.
I remember crying in my living room, asking God questions and not understanding what I was going through.
Gaby prayed for me and quoted Romans 4:20 "Be strengthened in faith, giving glory to God". That verse pierced my heart, but it also invited me to wait.
How difficult it is to wait when we despair; but even so, I decided to wait on the Lord.
As for the church, we had been living a beautiful season for everything the Holy Spirit has been doing; however, the 100 m² place where we met became too small. We kept looking for a new location, but it seemed impossible to find something for us.
But God has no problem surprising us, and He did it again.
On September 26, 2024, we went to see a 1000 m² building with three floors, an elevator, and a patio. My heart exploded with joy because that was the place.
I could not believe that just two days after that conversation with Gaby, God would surprise us in that way. Gaby, without having even signed the contract yet, recorded this video, believing God that this would be our meeting place.
A few days later, on October 7th, we signed the contract and began remodeling. Those were months of hard work and sleepless nights, but we saw God's hand in everything, in His provision, in how He renewed our strength. We saw the church get involved in everything like never before (If you'd like to see the process, check it out on the church's Instagram @senderosanagustin).

Then, on December 14, we were able to celebrate the Inauguration of the temple. Pastor Juan Carlos Escobar visited us, along with pastors from the Central Fraternity of Madrid, and missionary friends accompanied us.
God has been so good; He has given us a place ten times better than the one we had before. Wait. God's timing is always, always better. This is what someone who is still waiting tells you.
I'm sending you a big hug!
